Brain Nest is a private AI assistant for daily life. It helps you offload what's on your mind, sort what matters, and find one clear next move.

Brain Nest is intended for a global audience. Availability, payment methods, and some features may vary by country or region. Our support and legal pages are currently in English, and we may add more languages over time.

Brain Nest is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or an emergency service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area immediately. See our Crisis & Safety page.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Brain Nest offers suggestions and support, but the choices you make are yours. You are responsible for using Brain Nest in a way that is legal and appropriate where you live.

Please use Brain Nest respectfully. Don't use it to:

• • Break the law or harm others
• • Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
• • Misuse other people's information

Brain Nest lets you optionally connect Google Calendar. If you connect it, you grant Brain Nest read-only access to your calendar events so it can help you plan your day. Brain Nest will not create, change, or delete your calendar events. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes access and removes the cached calendar data. Your use of Google Calendar through Brain Nest is also subject to Google's own terms, and Brain Nest's use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us so we can help.

Brain Nest plans to offer a subscription at $4.99 per month. Billing is not yet live. Full billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be finalized and shown to you before any paid launch. For now, you can generally expect to be able to cancel a subscription and stop future charges; specific refund details will be confirmed when billing goes live.

Brain Nest uses AI, and AI can be wrong, incomplete, or miss nuance. Treat its responses as helpful suggestions, not final answers. Always review anything before you act on, send, or share it.

Brain Nest is in an early, pre-launch stage. Features may change, pause, or be updated as we improve the product. We provide Brain Nest on an as-is basis and do our best to keep it working and your data safe.
