Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Brain Nest, this can include:

• •Calendar items you create inside Brain Nest
• •Nudges and reminders you set
• •Notes and brain dumps you write
• •Your settings and personalization choices
• •Messages you send to our support team

• •To provide and personalize Brain Nest
• •To sync your experience across devices
• •To improve reliability
• •To respond to support requests
• •To protect safety and security

When you talk to Nest, your messages may be processed by AI services so Nest can respond. Nest suggests and prepares. It does not auto-send, schedule, delete, or share anything without your action. You can read more on our AI transparency page.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, Brain Nest requests read-only access (the calendar.readonly permission) so Nest can understand your real commitments and help you plan a calm, realistic day around them.

• •What is accessed: event titles, times, dates, locations, and busy/free status.
• •Brain Nest never creates, edits, deletes, or moves events in your Google Calendar.
• •Calendar data is not sold and is never used for advertising.
• •You can disconnect anytime from Settings, which revokes access and deletes the calendar data we cached for you.

Limited Use: Brain Nest's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide the calendar-aware planning features you see in the app.

Some app state is stored locally on your device to keep things responsive and remember where you are. To let your experience move with you across devices, your data may also be saved securely to Brain Nest's cloud backend, tied to your account. Clearing your browser or device storage may remove the local copy.

Brain Nest does not currently process payments. When paid plans are added, payment details will be handled by Stripe. Brain Nest is not designed to store full card details.

• •We do not build a social graph from your data.
• •We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising.
• •We never write to or modify your Google Calendar.
