Questions
Yes — Brain Nest is a web app that's built to feel like a real app. It runs right in your browser, and you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens full-screen, just like any other app.
Not yet. Brain Nest works straight from the web today — there's nothing to download. You can add it to your Home Screen in a couple of taps and use it like an installed app.
On iPhone, open Brain Nest in Safari, tap the Share button, then choose “Add to Home Screen.” On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then choose “Add to Home Screen” (or “Install”). It then opens full-screen, like a regular app.
Nest helps you offload what's on your mind, sort what matters now from what can wait, and find one clear next move. You can send items to Today, add gentle nudges so nothing drops, and shape your day around your real capacity.
No. Brain Nest is a private personal-organization and reflection tool — not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. If you may be in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
No. Your notes and what you tell Nest are not used to train AI models. Nest uses AI to help sort what you share and suggest a next step in the moment — it isn't used to build training datasets, advertising profiles, or anything sold to others.
Yes. Your entries are scoped to your account and protected by row-level security, so only you can see them. We don't sell your data or build advertising profiles, and Nest never sends, schedules, or shares anything without you.
You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings. A “download my data” export is being prepared and will be available before paid launch, so you can take a copy of your information with you whenever you want.
Paid plans aren't live yet — Brain Nest is free to use while we prepare for launch, so there's nothing to cancel today. Once billing is added, you'll be able to cancel anytime from Settings, with no hoops. We'll share clear details about what happens to your access and data before any charges begin.
There's nothing to refund right now because payments aren't live and nothing is charged today. We'll publish a clear refund and billing policy before paid plans launch, so you'll know exactly where you stand before you ever pay.
Yes. Brain Nest is a web app you can open from a browser anywhere, and you can add it to your Home Screen to use it like an app. It's built for a global audience, and we're expanding language and regional support over time.
The experience is English-first today, with several additional languages already available in the app and more on the way. Nest understands what you write best in English for now, and we're steadily improving support for other languages.
Yes, optionally. You can connect Google Calendar from Settings so Nest understands your real commitments and helps you plan around them. Access is read-only — Brain Nest reads your events to show them and plan your day, but never creates, edits, moves, or deletes anything in your Google Calendar. You can disconnect anytime from Settings, which removes Brain Nest's access and deletes the calendar data it had cached.
Brain Nest prepares and suggests — it never sends messages, books appointments, schedules, deletes, or shares anything on your behalf without you. It isn't therapy, medical care, or crisis support, it isn't an App Store app, and it doesn't promise offline use, native device widgets, or background notifications.
When billing is added, you'll be able to pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. Nothing is charged today.
We're working toward live external calendar sync and a few connected tools that are currently honest previews. We add things slowly and carefully — only when they genuinely help and keep Brain Nest calm.
